Based at Narellan, Harmony Blinds services all of the Sydney basin, with a particular focus on the rapidly-expanding South Western Sydney region.
Our owners, Phil and Leanne Watson, are backed by a committed team with extensive experience in manufacturing and fitting quality window coverings and security doors to homes and businesses.
Julie has been with the company for over eight years now and is a large part of what sets us apart from our competition. Being one of the few companies in the blind industry that employs trained seamstress’s, Julie’s role within the company is the sewing of all fabrics – that’s awnings, hollands, verticals, and pretty much anything else we throw at her (including, but not limited to, pants with holes in their pockets). It is not uncommon for many of our customers to comment on her beautiful workmanship, and her ability in handcrafting our blinds for you is second to none.
Vera is one of the newest additions to our team and has established herself very quickly as hardworking and very reliable. Her role within the company is cutting holland blind and awning fabrics, as well as assembling Holland blinds and vertical tracks. Her attention to detail is excellent and ensures all work dispatched is of the highest quality and workmanship.
Brannan officially joined our team at Harmony Blinds & Doors at the start of 2018. His methodical approach to all tasks has seen him quickly excel within the company. When he isn’t busy admiring the spelling and pronunciation of his first name, he is coordinating all inventory that is ordered and received, and is responsible for the manufacture of all screen doors and awnings. His stringent set of standards means that all work is manufactured with precision and care, ensuring a quality finish.
Julie. R – Manager
Julie has been with us for over 19 years now and forms the backbone of the company. Often the first one there and the last one to leave, Julie works tirelessly behind the scenes, over-seeing all the operations and ensuring the processes run smoothly. Also filling the role of our Customer Service Manager, Julie strives to ensure that our customers are always looked after. You will find that Julie’s professionalism is paramount in what sets this company apart from its competition.
Fern has been working with us on a part time basis since the beginning of 2019. She works with Leanne on business development, reaching out to developers, aged care and educational facilities, and real estate agencies to build relationships outside of the immediate domestic market. And she goes to get coffee when everyone is gasping.
On The Road
Michael has been with the company for over 10 years now. Having started out on the factory floor, he has been able to apply his product knowledge into the role of sales and installation. When he isn’t showing staff members super cute pictures of his 4 year old son and 2 year old daughter, he is overseeing all quoting and installation aspects, of both domestic and commercial works. Michael’s eye for detail means he is able to give excellent practical and product advice and ensure all installation work is carried out at the highest standard
